Job Summary 

 

·         Full P&L responsibilities

·         Develop, manage, and grow trust-based relationships with CMS

·         Develop a robust client account plan and build the right mix and combination of teams and capabilities, and understanding client challenges and strategic opportunities

·         Develop and manage client relationships

·         Drive profitable growth

·         Develop intimate knowledge of the client organization to understand their business, strengths, weaknesses, and priorities

·         Manage the operational and financial performance of the contracts

·         Build  the right mix and combination of teams and capabilities, coaching individuals and driving team engagement

·         Drive the succession plan and talent management for the Account Team
