IT project management support as the Project Manager for multiple and complex work orders national in scope.  Will be responsible for the overall management of the specific work orders and ensures the technical solutions are implemented on schedule and within the allocated budget.  Will review the status of projects and budgets; conduct meetings, manage schedules, develop presentations for technical review boards and prepare status reports.  Must have the capability to assess project issues and coordinate development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Successful candidate will be required to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening in problem solving with the team and customer.  Responsible for ensuring the development of documentation and processes to support the project solution.  Specific experience in the data center infrastructures environment area is useful. Experience in the implementation of projects across various platforms such as CISCO Networks, Windows, UNIX, and IBM mainframe is preferred.  Project Management experience in the implementation of Unified Communications solutions (Microsoft Lync, Cisco CUCM, VOIP, WiFi, Multicast, QoS, etc) is preferred.
