Bachelor’s degrees from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Sound technical knowledge of BES, BlackBerry devices and software. Experience working with Exchange and BES administration and migration experience. Familiar with account move, deletes, updates. Familiar with Blackberry server to Exchange integration. Understand protocol standards, XP, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Windows XP, Ghost, Remedy, Office 2007 and other desktop applications, experience with printers and other hardware devices, excellent communications skills, must have excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills, excellent customer service skills ,and a team-oriented attitude, experience with Blackberry devices; laptop administration.
