Required Skills:

In depth understanding of MS Office 2007, Including Outlook messaging trouble shooting and migration issue.

Extreme customer care phone skills require.

Remedy tracking system. Advanced level of remote trouble shooting skills using Atiris, PC anywhere other diagnostic tools. The Advanced Help Desk Specialist will provide technical software, hardware and network problem resolution for executive throughout North America 

Typical Minimums:

5-10 years experience helpdesk.

4 BS Degree in CS or related field

A+ MCSE other certifications a must.
